Using Nexus

Nexus provides tools for creator storefronts, including Roblox purchase verification, customer identity linking, Discord automation, analytics, and related integrations.

You must be old enough and authorized to enter into these terms. If you use Nexus for a team or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity in your workspace. Keep your account and connected platform details accurate, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your store and products

You are responsible for the products, descriptions, prices, files, links, and other content you publish through Nexus. Your store must not offer illegal, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized products.

Every customer purchase is processed through the relevant platform. Roblox Developer Products, Robux pricing, refunds, and Roblox account rules are controlled by Roblox. Nexus records and automates the fulfillment information made available to it.

Connected services

When you connect Roblox, Discord, or another service, you authorize Nexus to use the permissions and information needed to provide the integration you selected. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Payments and plans

Paid Nexus plans are billed according to the plan and billing period shown at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider. Taxes, refunds, and payment-provider rules may also apply.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use Nexus to break the law, deceive customers, or distribute harmful content
• Attempt to bypass purchase verification, access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• Access another person’s account or connected platform without permission
• Interfere with the service, probe its infrastructure, or introduce malicious code
• Use Nexus in a way that infringes another person’s rights

Content and ownership

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give Nexus permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. Nexus branding, software, and platform design remain the property of Nexus and its licensors.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Nexus available and reliable, but the service may change, be interrupted, or include features that are still being improved. We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, enforce these terms, or comply with law. You may stop using Nexus at any time. Terms that should reasonably continue after termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers and liability

Nexus is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Nexus is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, connected accounts, customer conduct, or content published by workspace owners. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
